With a background in electronic and information engineering, London-based artist and technologist Agnes Cameron builds and maintains hardware and software.
She has a particular interest in simulation, distributed knowledge, and infrastructural systems and often works collaboratively with artists to conceive and develop technically ambitious work for installation, sculpture, and performance. Cameron is a co-director of the design and research studio Foreign Objects, where she has worked on projects exploring experimental chatbots, generative machine learning, and the decentralised web.
